Step one

Getting a custom quote

Once you’ve determined what you would like to order it’s time to send in a quote. On average we open quote calculations around 2 to 3 times a year.

For a quote calculation you would need to provide us with:

  • What type of commission you want to get.

  • A reference of your character if you aren’t getting an artistic libery suit.

  • Limited information such as your Email address.

Here’s some things you should know about our quotes.

  • Ordering a quote is always free.

  • Quotes are valid for up to 1 year.

Step Two

Ordering the commission

Awesome! You have a quote ready and you know what you want to get!

Next step is to order your commission, we pick a handful of projects we can work on for every commission opening.

Because we open for commissions about 2 to 3 times a year you can use your quote for a later opening if you weren’t picked for the previous one as long as the quote is still valid.

To give everyone a chance to get their character brought to life we will give priority to people who weren’t picked in previous rounds.

Step Three

You’re the chosen one.

Congrats! You were chosen for a custom commission!

We will get in contact with you so we can discuss everything about your commission.

Once details regarding payment are agreed on, we will get started on your project as soon as possible.

Through your preferred method of contact we will keep you updated with work in progress photos of your commission.

We will also ask for your feedback regularly so we can make sure your commission portrays your character just the way you want it.

Step Four

It’s yours my friend.

It’s been an exiting year filled with updates and photos of your commission, at this point you can’t wait to finally unbox your fursuit and make them come alive.

There’s two ways we go about making sure your suit arrives home safely.

  • Shipping

    We will ship your commission to your address through a trusted carrier.

    Packages are always insured in case of loss or theft.

    For this option we will require your full legal name, this is a protection for you the buyer in case you need to ID verify or pay for import costs when the package arrives in your country.

  • Pickup

    We offer pickup at our studio or convention pickup for your commission.

    While we can always offer pickup at our studio, Convention pickup can be tricky.

    We can’t always confirm convention pickup, especially if it falls within too short of a timeframe for us to finish the commission in time, please keep this in mind.

Final Step

Bring it to life.

Now that your suit is yours it’s up to you to bring them to life!

This step is completely up to you but it can be difficult to meet other furries and suiters when you’re just starting out, that is why we have an active discord community.

We announce conventions we’re attending and furmeets we’ll be at there. On top of that we try to make it an engaging community where artists and suiters can get to hang out with eachother.
